My window opened this afternoon two hours ago, and I'm getting no joy from it. Seats are marked as available, when I click on one, it opens up briefly only to close again instantly. Anybody else getting this? (I've tried it all over the stadium, just to see, so it's not a question of one particular stand, or block).
I'd better give them a ring, sharpish.
From what I can see, blues whose window is due to open, nothing left on level 2 anywhere. But things left dotted all round the Etihad at levels 1 and 3.

Sorry people, this part is bollocks, so no panicking. But I swear it was what the screen was telling me, so the screen was lying. Phoned up, got a nice, friendly, efficient lass on the blower with no hanging around, she sorted it. It turns out there are still seats at Level 2 in CB and East stands (as well as all other levels). Got a feeling they're going to have a problem shifting all those Premium seats. Myself, I got the seat I'd set my heart on: Block 216 in SS. Finances didn't really run to Level 2 in CB or East, since I have to fly in for matches!
Oh well, now all I have to do is buy myself that Learjet. Contributions welcome…

There are around 10,000 people on the waiting list.

The club say the stadium will hold 55,000 seats next season, up from the original ~47,500 (reduced to 45,500 this season due to developments). That's 7,500 extra seats.

On average around 2000 people per season don't renew. So we could be looking at around 9,500 new season ticket holders.

Not everyone on the waiting list will want one right now for various reasons, so I would have thought everyone who wants one will get one.

Don't panic! :)

No offence intended, but where has this 2000 don't renew figure come from? That seems very high to me. I'd be very surprised if it was that many.

I'd say a few 100 a most, as most people keep their season tickets. Those around me in block 111 haven't changed at all over the last few years.

It was mentioned at a supporter club meeting last year. It's only about 5.5% of season ticket holders.

I wasn't aware that those 7,500 extra seats were all guaranteed to be ST's either (unless I missed that bit). Those figures are too generalised to tell anybody anything really.

I remember reading an annual report a while ago which said renewal rates were over 90%. If you assume 95% that's 1800 and with some big increases this time maybe 2,000 is realistic.

They're keeping the same amount of single match day tickets on sale.

Pretty much this.

A 94.5% renewal rate is brilliant.

Had two missed calls on my mob from the club these last two days. Called this afternoon and was offered a Premium seat there and then. My window for ordinary seats not due to open till 12th Jun, so bit their hand off. Bit of a risk, but one I thought worth taking.

And a lot more easier on the finances if paying via the 10 x DD scheme.

Just happy to have gotten a seat as thought I would have to wait until 16-17 season

Great news for you then mate.A good friend of mine buys his tickets from Viagogo and spends hundreds of £`s a year, when it would cost him less to get on the ST waiting list even though he can`t make midweek games.

Agreed. Paid individually for all home games this year and has cost best part of £2k. 25 games (assuming we stay in the cups long enough :)), so will be no better or worse off. Travel 200 miles to watch the blues, so the odd midweek game I will forsake.

Just felt by the time the 12th June came around, there might only be L3 left, which for my eyesight (and knackered knees) would be no use.

Just a quick question to anyone who can help. Also bought the season ticket car park (Blue Car Park). This is where I normally park, but am I right in thinking the ST Parking area is before you cross the walkway?
