I don't know. A lot of uncertainty over the defence. I have no doubt over the attacking potential of the side. Arguably it's even stronger than last season because of Foden and Torres, however until we've seen how the defence is going to pan out, how can anyone be truly confident we'll challenge for the title. That would be just an act of faith.

Play good football, win a trophy and top 4 would always be a good season and I would hope for that this time round too.

Should’ve bumped this thread up last Sunday after the Leicester game ... we’d probably be expecting relegation and creating polls for that and the thread would’ve gone 100 pages plus ...

Relegated by February with the squad we have. If we last until April it's been an above par season.
