Season ticket payments - refunds/credits due by June 19th

But the extra £50 was purely for double points which have been allocated so I've had what I paid for. If City want to refund part of it fine but I see no reason why they should.
morally, they've charged you extra and therefore should refund the full pro-rata cost, if they did it absolutely correctly they should deduct 6/19ths of the points allocated but my understanding is they've agreed not to deduct any points

Yes so if they've left the points in place then why refund part of the £50? It may be they've decided it's just too much hassle to separate out the gold and platinum.

see what you get when you get a refund, i've had one so far which included the platinum cost so i'm happy with that

They are definitely refunding the platinum amount too pro rata. My season ticket is £675 + £50 in SS2 and I received my first refund today for £38.16 which is 1/19th of £725. Fair play, City

exactly the same mate

Yes I'll be happy if get it too, all I'm saying is I don't think the club is under an obligation to refund it.

Agreed the ST holder paid £50 and got 380 points for 19 games (190) - they are get the points up front. Is there much extra that Platinum offers other than Platinum double points on ST?

Taken from City season ticket T&Cs
Platinum: Platinum means points. You get all the great benefits of a Gold Seasoncard – with a seat for all 19 home Premier League matches – but for an additional £50 you get double the Ticket Points on the tickets you buy. The more points, the more chance you have of getting tickets to the big games. Simple as that. Platinum Seasoncard holders continue to have access to MCFC Ticket Exchange for those occasions when you can’t get to a match.

Ticket Points; you will receive 100 Ticket Points per scheme joined. Go Platinum to make it 200 per scheme joined. -
Schemes already decided by now

So potentially the ST holder missed out on the opportunity to get double points on tickets "they may" have bought for the last 10 games?

The example in the T&Cs is if your ticket is Gold and 850 thats 85x10months - if 900 (Gold+ Platinum) then its 90x10months (£5 per month) - so your refund would be 6/19th of 900 or £284.21

The whole £50 should be refunded as they changed the rules after people bough the, for away games, and didn't even allocate points for finals.

No one got what they paid for.

The 'Ticket Exchange always pays 1/19th and you keep your points for the game you sell.
