Sold my Burnley on the Ticket Exchange and have had that reimbursed. Bought my Dad a ticket for Real which I have also got back but not my ticket.
I'm not too fussed as to when I get the money back as I know I will at some point. They obviously have a shit load of returns to get through but it just seems to be being done in a strange order.

Nope not a bean yet although still a few days to go yet do not getting too bothered. I do spend half my spare time chasing up other companies cock ups when they have either not done something properly or not done what they promised me.
