It's possible that that is his assigned number and not necessarily mean that there's 10799 people before him. I might add that I don't know either way but that is a possibility.

We never really found out whether numbers were reset after last summer I've never seen a post from anybody reassigned a place on the list so my guess is there won't be 11000 still on the list. Unless anybody can confirm either way whether they were given a new position on the list or not.It's possible that that is his assigned number and not necessarily mean that there's 10799 people before him. There's no way there's a waiting list of 11,000 in my opinion. It's probably about 3 or 4 thousand consisting mainly of people who wanted £299 seats in the South stand but couldn't get them so opted to stay on the list rather than buy a more expensive one. If they reset the numbers again, it will be just before a round of sales, like they did last time.

It's probably about 3 or 4 thousand consisting mainly of people who wanted £299 seats in the South stand but couldn't get them so opted to stay on the list rather than buy a more expensive one. If they reset the numbers again, it will be just before a round of sales, like they did last time.

There's a few thousand on it. Only half took up the option last summer. Loads want to wait until the North Stand is completed. It's likely at about 5-6k.
The 299 seats released early in the season were to plug a few single seat gaps.
Its an absolute false figure though. I joined the waiting list last year and was nearly 9000 on the list. Within 24 hours i was offered a season ticket and what they told me was there are 9000 people on the list for the £299 ones, but anyone effectively can get a season ticket at other prices as there were plenty available. I got one at £600 but presumably am still on the waiting list for a £299 one.Mate - I have got a nephew who was bought a season card gift box at xmas (scarf, autograph and season card certificate with waiting list number on it) and I can assure you 100% that he was 10800 on the list so yes there is 11k or thereabouts on the waiting list.

There's a few thousand on a 'database" who were on the original waiting list who didn't take up the option of a season card last year, who will get a call for first dibs next season but they are in general sale and anyone who wanted one/wants one would get one.

There must be a list because there are posters on it what isn't clear is whether it runs from 1 - 11000 or there are big gaps in between wher people have come off the list. Nephew just confirmed he is 10861 and 10862 - asked to be considered for ST's up to £599 apparently and paid £100 each deposit which is taken off when allocated a ticket. Fair pointers regards the real figures, just quoting what number he has been given on the waiting list. Would be delighted if he offered a ticket for next season if the real figures are nothing like as high at that then.
