Season ticket renewal, when?

Can anyone help me with my predicament?
The other half is being laid off at the end of June, without redundancy pay either.
Whilst she doesn't attend games, me and my lad do. We sit in Tier 2 of family stand.
My lad finishes college in June too (and turns 18 in June as well), so I am unsure on affordability when the renewal window opens.
Would I be correct in thinking he will get a discounted season ticket in the age 18/21 age bracket, or, will he be deemed to be an adult and pay the relevant adult price going forward?
Paying for 2 adults on top of all other bills sky-rocketing may be a bit much.

It wont be much of a celebration unless the Mrs can find another job though!
