The last few posts are about changing from one full payment to DD mate. I'm led to believe if already on DD it is indeed automatic just need to make sure it's your same bank details etc.

I've checked the email I received, it automatically renews on the 10th if you pay by dd, which I do. I hope this is right!!

Bound to mess up some aren't they? When they email you they should say you will renew by default as you are on DD. Not IF you are on DD, but NOT IF your last payment messed up. They should know who is who and contact them properly.

I think you need to check what you paid last season, I've got last season's price list on my laptop and there's no 715 price listed for Row H in any of the CBL3 blocks.The 820 blocks in this season's list were 795 last season.

Thanks for checking. Made a faux pas. Had forgotten about selling 2 games season before last on Ticket Exchange and obviously the money came off the 795 last season! Bloody idiot

I am on DD and have been for a few seasons and I have never needed to do anything, however yesterday night I noticed there was an alert in my account telling me that I am eligle for auto renewal and to sign up?

Plus you select cup schemes during renewal and select your payment card. Then once you renew you get alerts indicating you have to go and sign up. Very odd.
