Anyone else never receive an email to confirm it had been renewed? I've been away so couldn't check it but when I log in the points have been added.
Yep never recieved a single email. Either for renewals or reloctions. Only reason I know it renewed was beacuse it showed in my account. Total shambles

Got 3/4 emails confirmed renewal
One hadn’t renewed and realised the night before I wanted to relocate it (Thursday) The original email for this particular seat to renew didn’t say it would auto renew the others did.
Rang up last Friday to be informed the final payment was made in cash and not on he original dd!!! Bollox! Anyway sorted now and relocated but was panicking before
Never trust them, much rather have to renew them myself
