Season Ticket Waiting List | Sold Out

Managed to finally relocate but boy they don't make it easy. The queue system is useless I was refreshing my account from 7.55 (keen I know) eventually got put in a queue at 8.30 but not before realising the option to relocate your F&F who have the star next to them as part of your family group doesn't work as kept erroring so got a second laptop and logged into that at 8.50 and come 9am I actually got a place higher up the queue than the one I'd been refreshing for over an hour! Once in got various error messages but finally got it done.
It really shouldnt be as difficult but I think we all know now that City & IT is just never going to be compatable
 
Well that was nice and easy for a change!
Logged in at 8:55am was placed in a queue of 600 that only lasted 7 mins
Ticked mine and my 2 boys season tickets for relocation and clicked the 3 in a row we wanted and checkout complete all in all about 3 minutes work, very happy for once

Just relocated too. What a pain in the arse that was! I've not seen that many 'error' messages since Stevie Wonder's driving test.

Logged on at 9:00, waiting for 9 minutes, all done by 9:40.

So is it just reallocation first and then the pot luck draw as sat by pool wondering if I’ve missed something trying to get 1st season ticket
 
Anybody else getting ‘Area is locked’ when trying to relocate?
I am getting the same for most areas. It only offers me 93:20 seats on level 2 of East and Colin Bell stands (despite it saying they are sold out). Rest of the ground says area is locked.

Fancied a change but looks like that isn't going to happen!

It’s basically checking your own area when clicking on relocate seat which in my case is sold out. Message states select a different area, not sure how you do that as nothing to select.
 
Well what a ball ache that was. Fortunately a nice easy morning at work so could take my time with it. I still don't know why I had to relocate mine, my brothers and my lads separately though. There does seem to be some decent options still for 2s and 3s. I've gone from Row S to Row F on level 3 in East so much better result than I expected.
 
Looking forward to trying to move 2 tickets again... Last time I nearly lost both seats because we don't happen to checkout both season tickets at the same time you have to do them both separate for relocation and hope nobody snatches the empty one whilst logging in and out. Madness, given up on the idea of ever getting a third seat next to us for my Lad

Absolute farce that to relocate 2 people in your family &friends you have to log in separately.
Sat in a hotel room for 2 hours and relocated my lads but went back to mine and ticket gone..
Managed to put him back in a seat next to me again.
Why something so simple do they make so fookin hard.

It's crap mate I wasted half a day last season trying to move, checked again at night and found some but it's just infuriating they make so many simple things so difficult.
 
I’m trying to relocate two tickets together , web site let’s me select both our tickets but then Is only letting me move one at a time, then I’ll need to log out and log in again in my sons account. Am not brave enough to shift one ticket and risk seating apart if I can’t log in on his account. Any suggestions? ( p.s. tried calling the club but sacked thst in as I was number 150 in the Q and am calling from abroad (as on holiday! )

City make it clear that if you have people in your 'city family group' as opposed to just friends and family then the lead supporter is able to relocate them all.
I found out myself this morning you can do no such thing and as you say had to log in individually to their accounts taking the risk that in the process the seats i was looking to move to had gone. Luckily for me they hadn't but it is definitely a risk.

Either use 2 different browsers or use your phone to login on one account and a tablet / laptop for the other.

I had to move 6 seats this morning and had 4 devices on the go. Ridiculous system.

If you are pretty quick, some suggested to me earlier to have it open on 2 different browsers or devices, in the end had mine logged in on tablet and my Dads on laptop and managed but it was a bit nerve wracking. Good luck!

Well that's a worry for me now. I'm hoping to sort my lad a season card when the window opens, he's on my city family group and I'm told I can do it from that. As he's 8, I couldn't register his own account due to his age, so I'll have to do it from mine. What can possibly go wrong?
 
Lazy question (apologies) how long is the window open for? Can’t seem to find a reference anywhere
