No renewal packs, typical ticket office nonsense.

So you know the prices and can renew now but you're moaning because you've not got some paper city stuff telling you the same info? Amazing.

What's the point of renewal packs if they don't send them out, yes clever arse I know, what about others that don't, plenty of people don't check the website all the time, already well into the renewal period, typical nonsense from the ticket office, always has been pissed up.

Really not sure as to whether to renew my blue membership, or to go for a gold membership. I would be only to get over for maybe 4 or 5 games a season (5 this last season), but the hoops I had to jump through to get a QPR ticket has me considering my options. Also, would a gold member get the pick of the best of what isn't already gone to Superbia, platinum and current gold members?

Assuming you've no one who could use the seat regularly, if you're going to buy gold you may as well shell out another £50 for platinum and use the ticket exchange for the matches you can't get to.

They have sent them out if you've read what other posters have said. Give em time we've got til 13th June to renew. So the people who don't use the sites will be fine. I've never had a problem with them really so I can't complain

Renewed Thursday the women in the ticket office said 86% of season ticket holders had renewed in the first week, and they are expecting huge demand when the new ones go on sale. She told my mate that the ticket office will probably open earlier on the date so to keep his eye on the website.

For those that renewed on line with zebra, do you need the cde that gets txt to you? I ain't recieved mine yet, and theyre closed till Monday, but in my email I recieved it as a draft copy of the letter I will be receiving in the post. Will I just sign the paper work and send it back then they contact the club or is this code like an electronic signature and it all gets done without the paper work? Confusing I know sorry.

How does the ticket exchange system work in practice then? Is there a limit as to how many games you can sell your seat for in a season? Does the club in effect buy your seat back off you and then sell it on for the games you can't make? Sorry for what are probably obvious questions, but I haven't considered buying a seasoncard before and I just need to get one or two things clarified.

Cheers for that.

Did mine on Thursday over the phone before the pack arrived, Platinum and all Cup Schemes done and dusted. Less than £30 a game to see the Champions is great value IMO. I think spares will be a rarity this season and every game will sell out and hopefully those that struggle for Prem games will be happy to watch us in the Carling and FA Cups.
