Season Tickets 2018-19 - 3% average increase reported

The same thing happened last season.

We all basically posted the same things.

It didn't work.

They don't listen.

They aren't bothered.

Is it 10 price rises in 11 seasons?

This, while PL money, CL money, Sponsors money, the players money and win bonuses keep on going through the Etihad roof.

All in all a big f*** off to the fans.

Lump it or fuck off, as there will be other City fans who want your season ticket.
 
£20 more in 303, up to £635, I'll stick with it through gritted teeth as I'll be eligible for the FOCs reduction for the 20/21 season but it'll be Gold again plus I will ditch the CL cup scheme unless my income improves before the end of August. I'll keep the domestic Cups as I enjoy those and they're usually fairly cheap. No need for the increases though.

100% would recommend, even more so if you're a solo match goer.

Yeah its basically whats left after all the renewals and relocations, so they start to fill the gaps with the £299 tickets. Obv its a lottery but I've been lucky with good seats in 2 of my 3 seasons on value gold so it gets the thumbs up from me.

If you're budget conscious (like me) then I'd say its a no brainer to try and snag one.
 
Bit disappointed really. The crafty bit is the small but regular rises. Same with Sky,Virgin etc. You keep biting the bullet and then hey presto, 4 years down the line you look back and realise how much your tickets gone up. Might flirt the Metrolink pass off next year, that service has really started to piss me off this season.
 
I wasn’t surprised to see an increase in the slightest. Mines upto £635 in level 3 Colin bell.

Thinks everyone at some point will have a point where they say no more. Sad thing is the season ticket will be snapped up instantly.

It won’t though. There’s no waiting list, there’s all the cheap S/T’s and they give loads of tickets away for every game. There’s loads of space in hospitality and they’re only shifting the Tunnel Club on a match-by-match basis by slashing the prices they originally thought they could ask.

That doesn’t make it sound like there’s a mob at the turnstiles screaming for tickets does it?
 
Maybe I'm wrong but the only conclusion I can come to is the club must reckon prices are too cheap due to the hundreds of season ticket holders who don't turn up or try to sell on the ticket exchange on a regular basis.
What else justifies such small increases season after season?
 
I will pay it to watch the football we have been playing. Watching live football is hugely better than watching on tv.
