Been on hold since 9am! Anybody actually get through today to relocate

I should have 3 family members listed but only have 2. I have no idea as had this issue with renewals :-(

easy process to relocate on the website this morning. Done in a flash.

I looked at the possibility of relocating when the window opened a few mins ago but every block I clicked on, it said that section was sold out so looks like I won't be relocating after all!

Can you get the missing persons log in details and see if it shows that way? I had to move both my lads today and had to log in with their details to do it.

I tried but just don’t want to screw it up & only move 1 or 2. My luck would be all 3 of us split up in different stands lol

I relocated from 93:20 but they've put me on Gold rather than the Platinum I asked for. Another call, 60 odd ahead of me in the queue. It should be City fans on the phones who actually understand the terminology and questions fans are asking. Poor kids getting thrown frontline on the phones with no training.

You can move it multiple times today if for any reason there is any issue with the first move. I found 3 seats together so booked the outside two first then the middle one last. So that there wasn't a block of more than 1 seat, less chance of somone else snapping the seats up whilst I was logging in with different accounts.
