Season Tickets - 2023/24

Ok sorry. No, I’m not on Value anymore. I was only asking because once they’ve sorted those people out we can maybe be braced for an announcement on any potential new offerings.

Does anybody know a decent email address I contact. The knobhead who sorted my season ticket relocation has put me and daughter 10 rows apart and 20 seats across from each other. I've only just noticed. Shit house outsource centres!! I really don't want to go through the rigmarole of being on the phone again. Danke.
You should be able to move your seats online by logging in and going on your ticketing account and relocating under the season tickets tab

It definitely lets you in to relocate still, I didn’t want to proceed in case the hammer came down on me & we had a scenario like yours. I was looking at what’s available & there’s a hell of a lot of singles, probably the reason for no cap on golds, and handy once the golds are done for speculating on how many ST will be made available, although it may close after they’re issued, never counted how many available, it’d take all day
 
That's crazy. So why did the Clun send us all emails stating 9-5 was the only time you could change? Or is it a matter of changing initially at that time then changing at will? Confused.com

It was only ONE DAY and 9-5 ... the "Recolate" option was however enabled a few days before so you could see blocks and different seats availability and plan ahead. Although during the relocation window, on the day all that kept changing for all blocks, as whoever was picking any new seats was also vacating theirs. And this (making your seats available) didn't happen till you had confirmed and paid for (or setup direct debit), only then would it confirm new seats and show your current seats as available.

The view option remained opened a few days after that as well, but no at no time did it actually allow anyone to relocate. You had to select seats and move on to next step to find out when it gave an error that it's now outside the relocation window.

I know this because I was going all the way to checkout page both before the window and afterwards as well. And during that window, I was able to move my two seats to a different block, and also move two of my family members to the seats I had vacated. I just had two laptops logged in both respective accounts and saw that only when I checked out on first from one account and that move was confirmed only then my original two became available, which I was then able to pick again from second laptop for second again again.

Wow!!! That sounds scary to a luddite technophobe like myself. Got it sorted anyway MAG. Nice one.
 
Out of curiosity, does the 10 game rule on transferring/seat exchanging your ticket before City ask questions count only on league games, or cup games too if you're on the cup schemes?

Don’t think the ticket exchange is in operation for cup games is it?

Ticket transfer for cup scheme but not exchange.
