It was only ONE DAY and 9-5 ... the "Recolate" option was however enabled a few days before so you could see blocks and different seats availability and plan ahead. Although during the relocation window, on the day all that kept changing for all blocks, as whoever was picking any new seats was also vacating theirs. And this (making your seats available) didn't happen till you had confirmed and paid for (or setup direct debit), only then would it confirm new seats and show your current seats as available.
The view option remained opened a few days after that as well, but no at no time did it actually allow anyone to relocate. You had to select seats and move on to next step to find out when it gave an error that it's now outside the relocation window.
I know this because I was going all the way to checkout page both before the window and afterwards as well. And during that window, I was able to move my two seats to a different block, and also move two of my family members to the seats I had vacated. I just had two laptops logged in both respective accounts and saw that only when I checked out on first from one account and that move was confirmed only then my original two became available, which I was then able to pick again from second laptop for second again again.
