Season Tickets - 2024/25

If it's a season ticket you are trying to transfer you should be able to transfer all the way till Southampton game. An email came last week for managing October fixtures. For Aug and Sept transfers have been open for a while.

If it's a cityzens ticket, you can't transfer that.

I don’t want to put it on the exchange. Just transfer to friend - thought that could only happen a week or so before the match. Might be wrong??

You can transfer it, but the recipient can’t yet upload it to their mobile.

I hope you can transfer Seasoncards to F&F because it’s how I was planning on the odd spare this season.

Season Ticket holders CAN list their seats on Ticket Exchange for ALL games right now. They have opened that for ALL 19 home games from start of season.

For Transfers to Friend and Family, ST holders can do that for games till end of October. Each time TV picks get announced for a month (next will be November fixtures) a day or two after that you will get an email from City saying you can now manage that month's fixtures.

The emails with a link to mobile ticket to those who you transfer to normally comes within a week to go of that fixture. But having said that, I have already received emails for such for games all the way to Fulham already (only Saints left, till end of Oct).

Ipswich should be open for transfer right now and when you transfer the recipient should receive an email straight away. If you can't do that, give the club a call.

I have not had an email, and I was told that emails would no longer be sent.. ‍♂️ The ticket office is staffed by fuckwits.

There must be a problem with mine as it keeps telling me “Error - cannot give ticket back to the club”

Never had that before so will call them.

Called the club and they say there is a computer glitch at the club causing the error message - They did the transfer for me on the phone. Hopefully resolved on Monday when the IT team are back - for those who are still trying to transfer

Plenty of time yet. Sure it’ll be working by some point next week. Never had a problem before transferring STs.

My season card updated today and a QR code has appeared on it. Not in the pass details but on the front page.

I then got a phone call from Ben a supervisor in the ticket office that I’d been emailing. He said he’d spoken to the club’s tech team.

They’ve turned the NFC on my season card off and now a QR code will appear on my ticket for every home game.

A most satisfactory outcome. Three cheers for the ticket office.

Have 3 season tickets managed to transfer 1 to wallet but it says the other two are linked to a different account and must be deleted from that before they can be added.
Have switched accounts and hasn't made a difference.
Was onto the clubs ticket IT speclist the other day and spent half an hour trying to sort it with no success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Currently on hold waiting to talk to them again
 
Just been told by City that it's a widespread Google issue with android phones and they can't do anything about it.
Then told me for the time being ill have to come to the ticket office and collect paper tickets for every game!!!!
What an absolute fucking joke

Fucking joke! I’ve got the same problem on iPhone, so it’s not isolated to Android.
Got 2 tickets one will download one won’t!
Sent Two emails to supporter services without response.
Been held on the phone for a total of 3 hours today and yesterday without talking to anyone.
Talked to a fucking clueless bot that went round in circles.
Pisstake!
