I'm sure I read there's another couple of windows over autumn to add people.
Yes pretty sure there is another window in October if anyone hasn't already added 3 non-paid membersI'm sure I read there's another couple of windows over autumn to add people.
If you went to the Cinema or theatre and missed some of the performance due to their error, you would quite rightly be compensated for it. Why is football any different?I took me 90 mins to get in vs Spurs after the NFS failed at entrance K (it worked for most fans, but not for everyone). I queued for paper ticket for over an hour with hundreds of fans, and 20 minutes after KO, the stewards directed fans back to the turnstile (now working), and we got in. After the game, I phoned City and they said that they were investigating and collating details from fans including phone models etc. They said once they knew what the problem was they would be in touch with a solution/explanation. So far no one has been in touch. Meanwhile my ticket has appeared on my phone with no barcode once again, which means if NFS does not work, I might expect to miss around a 1/4 of the game again.
Digital ticketing should in theory be great for fans with mobile phones. It should make buying tickets, transferring tickets and entrance easier but City don't have the systems in place to make it work properly.
15% instead of the usual 10% off pies for the next game.If you went to the Cinema or theatre and missed some of the performance due to their error, you would quite rightly be compensated for it. Why is football any different?

Also, City’s senior admin / management think they understand ticketing arrangements but they don't. I suggested to Danny Wilson, a few years ago, a way to increase attendances at home Champs League Group games and he dismissed my suggestion.Because society and the government think that football fans are cunts?
Well. it seems to be true might as well just say it.
Integrity of the points system? Also, City’s senior admin / management think they understand ticketing arrangements but they don't. I suggested to Danny Wilson, a few years ago, a way to increase attendances at home Champs League Group games and he dismissed my suggestion.
I said we could revert to giving fans who had bought half a dozen tickets for friends 20 or so loyalty points like had happened a few years earlier. Danny said my suggestion would undermine the integrity of the points system and this arrangement had never been in place. I was mystified by the answer given because I was suggesting returning to the club’s ticketing policy of few years earlier.
I couldn’t stand listening to it mate. Pure bollox.Integrity of the points system?
He was taking the piss out of you Tim.
I've dealt with them more than most and they haven't a fucking clue. They have no idea how fans think and act, which is why occasionally consulting City Matters in a meaningful way would help them. But they won't.I couldn’t stand listening to it mate. Pure bollox.
A few month earlier Danny (who I know has done good deeds for some Members on here) and Roel took responsibility for a Leeds home game and a CL fixture not selling well. A few months later it was all down to “coming out of COVID” lol. It’s pretty clear that people at the very top of City aren’t getting accurate reports on ticketing etc.
They are following the rules of the scheme. You have to purchase the ticket if you are on the scheme or you are removedSpent the weekend emailing a robot at the club.
I'm on the champions league cup scheme since it started and can't attend the Napoli game with the fixture being on a Thursday (why it's not on the Tuesday or Wednesday gods knows) Iv asked them not to take the payment and realist my ticket on the official site which they replied I would be removed from the cup scheme if I don't purchase the ticket and said I need to pay for it and find someone to sell it to witch I find unbelievable as if it's my regular season ticket they say I can't do this

They won't put it on the ticket exchange as they know it will not sell out and had it been a game against the top 6 or a semi final in the champions league they would gladly take it off your hands . The people on my family and friends all attended the game so I'll have to add a complete stranger to my account to transfer them my ticket absolute nonsenseSadly that's correct. It's the whole point of it, that you are guaranteed your seat for every home champions league game. I'm not sure why you can't put them on the ticket exchange if you can't attend.
Are they cheaper seats too? If so, get on to Danny Wilson as this unacceptable. I understand they have to move people because of UEFA demands but they should keep you together & move you to comparable seatsThey've totally fucked up our relocations for Napoli. We get moved due to UEFA allocations. In previous seasons we've had the option to relocate online, there's 4 of us all strongly linked on friends and family. This year the powers that be have removed that option to relocate online and have randomly allocated us alternate seats themselves.
Subsequently we've all been split up into single seats in an area of the ground right at the front where if it rains you get soaked, in other words they've moved us into the seats they find hardest to sell as a thankyou for all our 30+ years of holding a season ticket.
No response to three emails sent and the phone lines are a joke, even telling you like it's some kind of achievement that they are answering calls in 1 hour 40 mins so currently been royally screwed over and unable to contact them to put it right unless I'm prepared to spend untold hours on the phone waiting to be connected.
