You guys who should have had an email but haven’t. Your junior membership is definitely still active?
I only ask because unless they’re on auto renew, they don’t, in my experience give you any reminder to renew, or notification that the membership has expired.

Good luck to everyone trying to get flexi-gold season cards today.
Does the Junior Membership have to have been active at a certain point in the season? Ours lapsed (thought it was on auto renewal) between November and when I renewed it in April, but he still managed 3 games on that until end of season, including cup final. Think I'll just ring at 9 and see what they say.

In the same boat, decided to not even bother ringing, I'm just going to wait for them to be desperate next season with all the new seats to be honest. Can't be arsed playing games with the whole ticketing system, the club would love for me to move from our current seats I'm sure!

Although the automated message says junior flexi golds available if purchased 5 or more home games last season. On the website info it said 2 or more…?
Sin has done 6 but some people may not know city have changed it again?

Seconded, they’re alright you know, and there’ll be lots of relocation potential in the next season or two ( in fact there should be lots going forward if City release enough ) get one, get moved if you have too, and start afresh the following year.
Seems they’re holding back ST’s in the NS, I do hope it’s with the future of the stand in mind, and not forcing people into more expensive seats, to sell the remaining in the NS at top prices

Anyone struggling with the old dog & bone, if you’ve got Twitter contact fan support on there, I’ve found them really good in the past, especially if you’re polite, you do get one or two calling them out & then expecting a favour
Doesn’t work, pressed 1 and it says it’s not available, they then say they’ve put me back in the queue
