Anyone got any idea how or when we will be told how the criteria will work for Monday? Not sure how it worked last year. I now meet the criteria as I have attended over 16 games (including cup games). Is it just a case of going on the website on Monday?

"Next week, the Club will publish further information about the sales windows, and qualifying supporters will receive an email with all of the key information included."

Nothing announced as of yet I believe.

Given these are supposed to go on sale from 29th (as per original announcement), the details better come out today. But knowing City Ticketing ... tomorrow late afternoon is more likely than earlier.

Today? You're a bit optimistic aren't you?, more likely 10pm ish on the 28th! Lol!
 
The customer service, in terms of contacting the ticket office, is absolutely shambolic and unfit for purpose. There are a few organisations that I balk at trying to phone - DVLA, HMRC, most utility companies etc............but none come close to City....an absolute embarrassment and disgrace, in this day and age, to think it's ok/acceptable, to make paying customers wait in an hour and a half long queuing system.
That said, whenever I have managed to get through - they've handled the query well and with empathy. Just very frustrating.

Had to contact the club as by my calculations both me and my Daughter had met the 16 game minimum to upgrade to gold but had not received and confirmation that we could. I got a response saying our records show that you can however the system didn't contact you as it should so its our error, however the deadline to upgrade was Sunday so afraid there's nothing we can do. So now I am stuck on Flexi due to their error and they wont budge on fixing it!, shambolic!

It should have given you the drop down option when you manually renewed?

How many games did you do? If Bournemouth was the 16th game, it came after the deadline, but you should be able to still upgrade as this happened to my nephew and hes been allowed to upgrade to a full season ticket. If more than 16 I'd contact City Matters and get them to fight your case.

Oh, I forgot to add, it wouldn't let me download anything until I deleted the 24/25 season ticket. Then I downloaded the 25/26 season ticket but it reappeared in the wallet as 24/25. Makes total sense to me.
