Yep level 1 has become 0, level 2 to 1 and level 3 is oddly staying 3. Rows have gone from letters to numbers, so row A is now row 1, row b is row 2 etc. Something to do with harmonising lay outs for stadia nationwide, heath and sfately or something or other!Looks like SS3 has changed from letters to numbers for rows this season. Mine says row 7 now.
Have they done this elsewhere?

yep - as someone else has mentioned, there's no Show Code option, I had lots of NFC trouble last year so resorted to using the bar code option - got a new all-singing all-dancing Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone in the summer so hoping this wont be an issue this season, I've got over 3 weeks to stress over thisJust to get it to work now when we approach the turnstiles.

Yes. I used to be Row AA in 132.Looks like SS3 has changed from letters to numbers for rows this season. Mine says row 7 now.

I've downloaded my digital season card, and it shows just the Spurs game with no QR code or barcode.Done, and all very straightforward.
One thing I've noticed is that there is no "show code" option, so got to hope that the NFC actually works consistently.

Yes. Didn’t do it last season but my son is an emergency worker and just want to be sure that he can definitely reach the 10 game threshold. I know some have had to contact fan support to get ST’s on two devices, so your son would have to ring them & you be present, whilst not letting on what you’re doing, I take it he only has 1 device currently ? If he’s got 2 you’ll probably have to contact fan support, alternatively you could just get his log in details & log out of your account & into his and save the details, when logging in on iPhone a key symbol appears allowing you to switch accounts really easyYes. Hopefully the trams will be back on their normal route by then. Can’t remember the last time I saw one with Ashton on the front.Wow that was easy. No problems at all. Right I’m off to the Etihad for the first game of the season.

No barcodes from now on according to the club. A bit gutting as I find it much quicker and less of a faff than NFC.My email has arrived. I downloaded the ticket but I also found no security code. I am concerned about that as the NFC tech does not work on my phone at the turnstile even though NFC is enabled on my phone.
I have emailed City to see what they suggest. I think there are quite a fee people who use the barcode scanner to open the turnstile. If I get a reply, I'll update the topic.
