That was my thinking as I hesitated to press ‘edit owner’. But if I didn’t press it I was going to have to ring them anyway. I just wasn’t convinced my season card wouldn’t be winging it’s way to one of my sons random mates on my F&F list.
 
I am totally confused about the transfer rules for tickets.

I want to transfer my wife’s ticket to my son for the Tottenham match. He has been added to her Friends and Family list. If we try to transfer the ticket, it is greyed out and no transfer is possible.

His name on the F&F has an asterisk against it.

The question is whether transfers are not yet available or is there something wrong?
 
Is this another change? I was just trying to look at the ticket site for the Tottenham game to see if there were any seats near mine free so I could get a ticket for my great niece and as soon as I log in it says Restricted Sale. Though seasoncard holders are meant to be able to buy tickets for Strongly Linked friends and family and there was no problem viewing the available seats last season

Not open for transfer yet mate, just another ploy by the club to pressurise you into putting it on the exchange

OK trying to add the Mrs as as a non member. Apparently setting up an account for her is a 2 minute job?? I set it up but when I try and add her to friends and family it says she doesn't have a ticketing account. I can see others have had this message and I have tried changing her password but that solution didn't work. Any other suggestions as to what I have done wrong as I have given up and just feel like telling them to stuff their season ticket which is what they want. Not even got on to nominating her as a non member yet Cheers.

Me too. Me and the st holders around me are a little community, giving seats to each other when we can’t make it is a huge part of that. If the club read this page you are making an awful big mistake.

If this is money driven, I’d even prefer they charge me a fiver admin fee to transfer than this bullshit

Can I as a season ticket holder also buy a £35 cityzen membership so that my neighbour in the next seat also a st holder can transfer to me?
 
So if my wife has a citizens membership can a match day ticket still be transferred to her and then she can forward it onto whoever may want to come to the match with me ( forward via email?)

Are we sure about this? The ticket site says tickets are on sale exclusively for Matchday and Junior Members. It isn’t allowing seasoncard holders to buy tickets on behalf of others even if they’re strongly linked. Unless it’s just me

Just use your middle or other first name to get a membership and set up a gmail or hotmail account in that name.
 
Does anyone know how long they take to generate the supporter number if you register someone for a non-paid membership? And if you need to add any more info to the profile than name, email and dob? I’ve registered my mate but the confirmation email he got didn’t have supporter number and it’s saying “xxxxx doesn’t have a ticketing account” when I try to add him to my F&F?

I’ve never been able to buy on behalf of my son who’s a Matchday member, I have to log in as him. If I use my ST account the games on sale are blocked, even though we’re strongly linked. Yet he can transfer my ticket from his account and add/drop cup schemes etc for me. It’s always been weird.

I had no problem last season buying a ticket for my grandson and was always able to view the ticket planner to see what seats were available. Now I can’t.

We won't know the answer to that until Friday when the ticket transfer opens. I have a feeling it won't be that easy anymore.
