Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

So previously we could transfer our tickets to whoever we wanted to, the club knew exactly who was responsible for the seat or two or three that you have transferred. They want to know who every ticket is allocated to so they will only allow one ticket per person.

Which is forcing people to transfer them to fake accounts and using burner phones. Make it make sense.
Are the labour government making decisions at the club?
 
Apologies if this has been answered but thread is expanding.
have two tickets on my phone. One for me and one for my son. If he can't make it I take a mate and I scan us both in. Mate first then me. No memberships needed. Useful when my brother in Australia flies in occasionally.
I assume that can still work?
 
40 year season ticket holder - tick

Home and away for four decades - tick

Sit with a mate for most of that time and on the rare occasions either of us can't go, we transfer the ticket to each other to make sure the seat is always filled by a City fan - tick

Now - have to both buy a burner phone - tick

Now - have to both set up fake memberships - tick

Now - getting masks made of each other to get through the turnstiles when they switch on the camera recognition system - possible tick

Has our Club lost the plot - big fucking tick....
 
I’m trying to add a non member to my f&f list but it says the person doesn’t have a ticketing account and they need to sign in and complete the registration, no idea how to complete the registration though! Any idea ?

Same, tried to sign someone up today and they’ve got an account but no access to a ticketing account/supporter number unless they pay £25?

Edit: have just read the previous page, lets hope the supporter number is generated before the deadline.

Sorry to ask this and it’s likely to be a dumb ask so Apologies. Under this new rule, I assume I am no longer allowed to transfer my ticket to friends and family in my account. Is this correct or am I wrong?

Yes you can, the just need a registered membership number, which they will have if on your f&f

Yes you are. But only 3 of them can be non-members and they need to nominated by tomorrow. The rest should have be people who have paid to be members.
 
So these 3 non membership accounts we can add. I assume we can just make ghost accounts as long as you can generate different email addresses? What time is the deadline tomorrow ?

Phone them up. I had the same, accounts created but no supporter number / 'not a ticketing account', I raised it via the contact form but no luck for a couple of days although I chased, so today I resorted to calling them and they sorted it in a few mins - they sent me a 'reset your password' email, I reset it and that did the trick (they may have also done something else behind the scenes to make sure the account had a number etc., so make sure you ask them to confirm the account will be turned into a ticketing one).

PS: just resetting the password from your end without an email with the link to do it won't work, or at least it didn't for me.
