I’ve sorted mine now!
Log into the persons account you would like to add, click in the top left corner and select ‘help’. Then select ‘ my account’. Then select ‘guide to my friends and family’. Then in the third paragraph down it says register here, select that and add the persons details into the indicated fields bit then submit, it should take you to a ticket account with a supporter number. Hope this helps!

As the process has changed what happened last year is irrelevant. This year you can only transfer to a paid Cityzen member or 3 non paid members who have to be nominated by today.

You won't be transferring to a non member this season unless they have a supporter number and they've been added to your non member list for ticket transfers.
The deadline to do this is today at 5pm.
