Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Especially, when there are thousands of points holders who go to every home game and haven’t moved up the points ladder for aways in the last five years. Plenty have gone backwards.
That’s why I fucked off Platinum years ago, I’ve been a season ticket holder since 2003, been away with the military from 87-2000 so no season ticket for me then. So I started new, I have been in all the schemes and have had a ticket for every home game I was platinum for many years as well, got rid about 5 years ago. I couldn’t get tickets for away games when they were giving points so had to buy off people who were just points hoarding. I’ve got just over 14k, looking at what it starts at these days around 30k plus I was never going to get anywhere near those points. I’ve saved myself around £250 on platinum for Porto CL it cost me £400 for at ticket via uefa, as I missed out by 500 points, I got one for Istanbul on my points so wasn’t an issue.
You can always get a ticket for a League cup final if not on the scheme, FA cup could be tight but I won’t do the semis on principle anymore, I’ll get one some way. CL is the one but considering the spiraling costs of everything these days I’m done with it after this season, I’ve seen us win it all, I’m happy with that and I’m sick of been dictated to on what I do with my ticket if I decide not to go. Next year I’ll just do the league and FA cup but soon as I lose ground not been in the other schemes they’ll be no reason to do FA cup either as my points dwindle compared to others so I’ll be out the running anyway.

I’ve transferred a ticket for Sunday. Says it’s assigned to my mate, and he can see it, but it’s not loaded to his membership pass.
Any clues?
The transfer appears to take a few days.

My wife transferred the United and Burnley match tickets to my son. The first took a week to arrive and the second has not yet arrived.

There was a message from Fan Support on X saying that an IT upload will ensure Blues (whose Derby tickets weren’t showing) will be showing on their phones by the end of Tuesday.

Amy update on whether season ticket holders on the scheme can transfer cup game tickets to other season ticket holders not on the scheme?

After a bit of help here if possible. My son (over 21) is missing the Derby as he is away, I have his Season Ticket and mine on my phone downloaded into my wallet. My wife wants to go to the game. Can I scan us both in from my phone with his ticket and mine, or have they stopped allowing this?

You’ll be fine as you have both on your phone.
Only becomes an issue if he needed to transfer the ticket to you. As a Seasoncard holder the Club won’t allow you (us) to have more than one ticket for a Premier league game.

Which is somewhat ironic given the recent notification that Seasoncard holders can now buy 4 tickets for the Napoli game.
It’ll be interesting how we hand over said additional Napoli tickets.
If they allow us to fob people in, the club won’t know who has got them.
If they allow us to share them by email, they won’t know who has got them.
If they allow us to print at home, they won’t know who has got them.
Makes an absolute mockery of us seasoncard holders not being able to send Premier league tickets to other season ticket holders if we can’t get to a game.
I’ve posted this in another thread but I’m pretty sure the OSC and City Matters will pick this up and use it as more ammunition for the club to rethink their current stance.

Cheers - I thought that would be the case, but they are making it so hard these days.

With regards Napoli, I bet we will have loads of away fans in the home section again!!!

Anybody know how I would get around the download limit on season cards? Having been advised by the Grey bib guys at spurs to delete it from the wallet in an attempt to download it on to another phone (which didnt even work) I now cannot even re-download the season ticket to the phone it didn't work on for spurs and I specifically quiered whether that would then lock me out of redownloading it and was told no.

Surely there cannot be a download twice and thats it limit, that is absurd.

Edit. Having finally found FAQ's that city have seemingly tried to make
as difficult to find as possible, I can answer my own question in case anybody else is wondering. It is indeed a flat 2 time limit which is just insane. They've essentially locked somebody out of their own purchase because they downloaded the tickets twice (on the erroneous advice of their own bloody staff) and now I need to contact supporters services to see what they can do who will no doubt take hours to rectify assuming it can be.

And all this just to download a ticket on to a phone that I'm 95% confident will not even work once again this weekend. This is beyond shoddy

It definitely can be rectified, my son had to do it a couple of seasons ago, but he just went to the portakabin near the West stand before the game. Didn’t take long but god knows what queues will be like on Sunday.

It was the same last year. When I bought a new phone and tried to download my season card again it said I’d used up my 2 downloads. But a phone call sorted it.

(ST holder) Transferring a ticket to a nominated member (1 of 3), can a nominated member simply forward on the email to anyone to download to google/apple pay?
Don't think there would be an email in this instance. The member would have their mobile pass updated instead.

I have asked in another thread but I’ve bought two tickets on my account seated together. It says it will be loaded on my membership pass as a match day member, does that mean on entry both tickets will be on there, so I swipe one over for the next ticket after I scan the first one etc?

Also this is for Napoli game is there a timeframe I will expect it on my pass?

Looks like the club have confirmed that anyone struggling with the NFC for spurs it'll count regardless. I know a couple friends who went to the pub when there ticket didn't scan as they couldn't stand in the queue for half hour

Good news for me,as my phone doesn't have NFC and I was allowed in without having it scanned for the Spurs match.
