This is where I’ve got to for Saturday, I’ve just given up so my 3 seats will be empty as not a chance the club are getting them back to make a profit…absolute joke how hard they have made this

Do you have to ask the club to allow this as only got my ticket on one phone but if my mate logs in on his phone as me he doesn’t have the add to mobile option?

No didn't have to ask for the 2 devices, also have my daughters and dads tickets on both mine and their phones with no need to request it.

There has been a few things on Facebook/twitter about this, apparently sent in error but probably best to check. If you have twitter message Man City Fan Support as they are usually quick to respond and saves phoning.
 
My Dad is poorly and can't make tomorrow, normally he'd just transfer to me and I'd get a mate in, but now I've missed nominated windows and you can't transfer to another season card holder. What a fucking mither.

Download his season ticket onto your phone and then you can take anyone in.
 
Hi, apologies if this has already been answered. I have 2 paid cityzen members on my friends and family and also 1 who has a supporter number but not paid membership but I have nominated them as 1 of my 3 nominated F&F. I am a seasoncard (on CL cup scheme) and cannot transfer my Dortmund at home to any of those people I have mentioned above. The guidance on the ticket information page states they can be transferred to seasoncard members, paid cityzen members or your nominated members. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Has anyone experienced similar?1000039052.png

Edit - it's letting me transfer so I'm not sure why its not working.

It does say you can transfer from 15th October but I'll try again nearer the time. Cheers for the advice, hope I can do it nearer the time
 
my dad can’t make the Bournemouth game, I’ve got a citizens matchday membership. Is best thing to do for him to transfer that ticket to my membership rather than try and use the season ticket on my phone as him?

How can I do the transfer, is it straight forward?

If you’re already on his friends and family list the transfer should be straightforward. If you already have his season ticket on your phone and your dad might struggle to meet the ten game attendance requirement it might be worth doing that, but there are rumoured to be spot identity checks
 
I was under the impression that you could transfer cup tickets to anyone with a membership number, but just tried to transfer my Dortmund tickets and it wouldn’t let me. Have I got this wrong?

Cup ticket transfers are same rules as league games with one exception - you can transfer to a season ticket holder that’s not in the cup scheme.
A non-member can only be transferred to if they’re one of those that you’ve designated.
