renewed both my daughters and mine last night on the internet where it said i would receive a confirmation email which upto now i haven't recieved, went back on to my account page and the purchase history is down.
has anyone else had the same problem?
 
Yes did not get email, but you can log on to the main site with your customer number and it wiil show the renewal and oints earned
 
I would phone ticket office if I were you
same happened to me didn't get an email message thought I'd leave it a day or two just incase. thankfully my fear of the ticket office fecking up go the better of me so I phoned up and It hadn't gone through. fair play to girl on phone though sorted it out straight away.
 
I got a text within seconds of putting the phone down.

I would ring City to clear things up - this type of thing is too important to be messed up.
