Season tickets

This Direct Debit stuff is a joke. I controlled regular payments via a cheap as chips database when I worked for a Charity and they were flawless. So simple to set up and never a problem. You import the information and prepare them in time to be sent to the Bank. I didn't get a payment acknowledgement from City either to confirm my £550 came out OK.

I don't know a single DD that sends you confirmation they've managed to take the money. Which organisations do that?

Panic stations' mine not here yet and only 19 days till start of the season .

Likewise. What a nightmare. Couldn't believe it. Took the morning off work especially in case it arrived. Postie turned-up - nothing! I even got him to empty his bag out to see if it was stuck in with something else. Rang the Club to complain to someone - got passed-on to Fletcher but only went through to voicemail. Only 19 days till the start of the season!

It's a significant one off payment and I received an e-mail from City after I paid by my debit card the season before. I'm just concerned that there's been complaints of money not taken, too much money taken and the wrong date.

Never in my life have I had an email off anybody confirming a direct debit has been taken. Even my mortgage company don't email me and its significantly more every month than my season ticket.

No star this time. Grandson hoping to get a cap full.

Got mine today, I am as disappointed as your grandson too. Have two on my cap and wanted more, they would have stopped it blowing off in the wind. Shame City.

This is what Palace fans do with theirs.......

How amazing would an outfit like that be if it was made up of City seasoncard stars!

when i read other people have received theirs and i have not , i was so enraged i
immediately put my foot through my laptop , and i'm sending city ticket office the bill.

you must be very athletic or loosed limbed to do that and having posted your culpability for such an unwise and reckless act here I am sure the city spies and agendaists have already drafted a no claim letter to you
