Logged on to the ticket site a few mins ago for the 1st time since i renewed my season card in june to find i have,

0 points
0 friends and family list
0 purchase history
0 direct debits set up in my name
my supporter number has changed

just shitting it a bit as the new season approches and as the box office is now closed and wanted to know if any1 else has this happen to them.
i still have the confirmation email from when i renewed so maybe its just a blip on the site,

Haha well for anyone whos intrested i went to the box office today and apparently it happens a lot. I had logged on to a "duplicate" of my own account somehow, he reset my password there and then and it was fine. Also not all of the direct debits have been taken yet so anyone who hasnt yet had a payment taken (like me) will have it taken in the next few days due to an error on their system. ROLL ON NEXT SEASON WOO!

My DD date has moved again... tomorrow now apparantly. Just got back my holidays last night and was pleasantly surprised to see my bank balance until I realised my four seasoncards payment was still to be taken.

I'm cool though...I'll start panicking in September.
