Does anybody know the best number on which to contact the ticket office?
If my Seasoncard doesn't arrive by Wednesday I'm worried about missing the Newcastle game due to the incompetence of both the ticket office & Royal Mail. I paid to go platinum as well!
Things were never this slow before Marwood arrived.

I notice there's no barcode on the seasoncard so I assume we get in by touching the card on the sensor at the turnstile. Last season we could do both.
