Glad you got sorted and glad you were so polite to the fan facing staff, I’ve seen them get treated like shit by some supporters when all they are doing is dealing with ticket office or customer errors

I’m not even sure that works for transferring tickets.

I manage a few tickets and have the * next to them. But I still have to log on to the specific account to transfer a ticket from it.

Happened again yesterday,some **** scanned in using my season card.
Spent most of the first half queuing firstly at the mini tkt office then at entrance S(as they had shut entrance P)with loads of other Blues who'd had tkt problems.
Fuckin shambles.
Chicken shit outfit of a club.
(result pissed me off too)
