Your experience mirrors mine mate. However when I printed off the Southampton League game I did this from my City Account. Just highlighted the ticket and got the print at home option. Said OK and that was it, ticket printed no waiting for stupid emails presumably with a printable attachment. You wonder if this system has been walked through testing all scenarios before going live because all this shit should have been ironed out

Ignore last reply - went on to online account & followed your instructionsJust a heads up to you lot on Android,, I was waiting for my ticket to update, and wasent letting me do it on the actual ticket.
So clicked on season card then download to wallet,, it has now changed,, what a load of bull shit this is,,, but hope that helps

Nice oneI think, go into your account, click tickets, click the box for Leipzig, look above to see 'print ticket' click it. Click 'ticket printed'. Wait for email to be sent. Best of luck. Why it says 'ticket printed' when you have to wait for your email with the ticket in it I don't know but you have to click it.
Glad to see I'm not alone here, trying to get my pdf for saints, printed successfully it says, but no email yet. This is a ruddy shambles.It's now 6 hours since my tickets were 'successfully printed'. No emails with .pdf tickets received. Perhaps they should consider their own advice of turning it off and on again.

Yep same here - 3 kids PAH requested 4 times and nothing received. What I'm most worried about is that I accidentally requested one of them to be printed twice for the Norwich game and they just cancelled the ticket so my daughter couldn't get in until I grabbed one of the guys with the barcode machines and even them had to show him confirmation of her seasoncard on my phone. If everyone who has requested a ticket more than once can't get in on Wednesday, it's going to be chaos.It’s so fucking Frustrating was told last Friday all will be sorted by Monday and here we are again !!!
