Print at home ticket for today’s game versus Leicester still not received email
is it just a case of going to the ticket office and discuss it, as supporter services just replying with generic email

I have a season ticket and print at home without any issues after the 4th hone game. But my grandson is a match day card holder who we have purchased every home game for City tell me I have to phone up less than 7 days before each and every home game to request the PAH option ( no wonder the phones system can't handle the callers. To add to this frustration I have already received a email containing the PAH ticket for Chelsea and Brentford home games next year. So why can't they allow me to PAH without having to phone them?,?? CTID

It's a shitshow our ticket system and office. I put my Everton ticket on the ticket exchange and I was emailed to say it had sold on the Tuesday. On Friday night I got an email saying they'd listed it for sale! Obviously it didn't sell. Useless.

My son put his ticket up for re-sale for Leicester. Somehow, his ticket for Chelsea was put up for resale, even though it would not have been allocated at that date. Its been sold which means he cannot go to the match. City are saying nothing can be done. I am saying they are in breach of contract and quite happy to take them to court. Sad, because my sister is also over from France and I wanted to purchase an extra ticket, but its sold out, even though at the Leicester match there were lots of seats not occupied. Has anyone taken City to court yet over this shambles? More than happy to be the first, more than annoyed!

You could put Chelsea on the exchange 2 weeks ago, it is likely the wrong box was ticked?

Looks like we are in for a repeat of the derby fiasco. No PAH tickets for the Liverpool game on Sunday. I tried to download my ticket early ( this morning) because of the problems for the derby. Supporter Services suggest I can go use a mobile ticket - this is true, but only if the club sends one as having chosen PAH, that option is not available to me. Alternatively I can go to the stadium (like I don't have to work) .

No comms on this that I've seen.

For the derby, it took me 1hr 10 mins to get through and sort.

I've been trying to print my dads off for Liverpool he's 85 ,got no Internet or broadband, what do i have to do to get his ticket

I`ve been on PAH on my seasoncard since the start of the season, got posted o paper ticket for the derby without asking for this. Tried printing my ticket for Liverpool but the email is missing the usual PDF attachment to print off. What is happening for Sunday anybody know.
