Seasoncard - 2021/22

Opened my account and managed to download mine. But not letting me download my 20 year old sons onto his phone from my account. It’s showing but no option to download. He’s opened his own with his email, as can no longer get on via supporters number. But nothing is showing in his new account. Any advice?

Just check it's the right supporters number and nor yours. Had the same e mail for my grandson but with my supporters number and no e mail for me received. Went into my account and down loaded my ticket but wouldn't let me down load my grandsons !! After an hour in a queue to supporters services was told they would have to refer it to the technical team and would get back to me on Monday. However logged into my the City website with gradsons account details when into the season tickets section and it let me download into my Google pay wallet with mine ! Not sure if the technical team have done anything or I just found a different way to do it!!

Did you tick the little box at the beginning of the line with your SC details on? I didn't do that at first and then realised it had to be ticked which sorted out the greyed out area of the download bit. (Hope that makes sense)

I did but wouldn't let me download my grandsons only mine but sorted it now one way or the other!

It’s important to note, you can only download the Mobile Season Ticket from each supporter's individual account. For example, if you are a parent/guardian and want to download a child’s Mobile Season Ticket you will need to log in to the child's account from your own smartphone.
 
All done, click open in app, first message, "unable to load this pass, it may have been deleted or unregistered"

Sounds like it's gonna be fun.

And how do you do that? My sons has always used his supporter number to log in. His mobile ticket email link, which came to my email, won’t let him do that. His season card is showing with mine, on my account, but his won’t download. He’s opened a new account, but no seasoncard is showing. Or any points, history at all.

Yep. Gone through his email, on my phone. Asks for his supporter number, then says you can’t use that anymore. So we tried with his email and password. Comes up with his new account, but it’s as if he’s a new supporter. No points, not even the same supporter number. Think it will be a phone call on Monday!!
