*lol* that's easy, since they started the searches I only take my phone. I used to take a little rucsack but I got fed up of the long queues for the bag check so I've got a cover on my phone that I could put my season card, my bus pass and my debit card in and now I just take my phone. It's the charging I shall have to check every time though. :-)

I’ve got a battery charger that I’ll be taking too to make sure I’ve got charge. They're pretty cheap and affords you peace of mind.

Fucking pain in the fucking arse I can’t just add my son’s card using my email address which is where they normally send all correspondence for his season card. Fucking fucking utterly shite. Cards were so easy to use.

I'm unsubscribed from all marketing emails and the confirmation that season tickets would be downloaded was sent to me via a letter

I usually wait on things like this to avoid the initial surge but curiosity got the better of me and the fact you can stay in the queue after closing the page is very useful. Took a while to log in but once I did it took about 5 seconds to download no hassle whatsoever very quick and easy.

I don't think we should be forcing people into mobile ticketing but to citys credit, since the announcement, they've been very good with the information and the setup.

My only gripe is the shade of blue on the ‘season ticket’ banner and main ticket body is ever so slightly off.

Is “add to mobile wallet” light blue? You need to go to “season cards”, select your season ticket then it will go darker blue and bobs your uncle. Took me a while to figure it out but it worked just fine once I had.
