Done that pal, it says if we’ve found an account we’ll email you. But she’s never signed up, I’ve always just bought the tickets, so she doesn’t receive an email. Might be a SS call!
 
I have an I phone 6s- I have managed to put the season ticket in Apple Pay wallet - however I have no dynamic code? Help!!

Just search ‘NFC’ in settings and ensure it’s switched on. You don’t need to see a barcode. All you do is hold your phone near the reader.

In short, their actions are indefensible and even though we can see this amounts to a bus full of supporters driving into a wall, the club are quite prepared to take the fall out to achieve their underlying aim of wiping out the older fans. If they had any concern for customer service it would never have got out of the traps. This will have been discussed prior to rolling out and it's inconceivable that older fan difficulties were not raised. Despite this however they have pursued this targeted stupidity, and to avoid any questions they refuse to answer phones or emails. Calling it a shit show points at incompetence. This is not a shit show, this is a deliberate act of specific fan base vandalism.
Stop being over dramatic. It's been handled very badly and they've not considered the impact on those who struggle with technology but "deliberate act"? Give over.

It would have been a better bet to weigh up the 'older' fan - the FOCs from CBL3 and EL3 - and have a few meat 'n potato pies 'n the Bovril laced with arsenic or strychnine!

This is such a problem, but surely one that should have been anticipated. You are told to open an account, which is fine if you are a new supporter. If not, it doesn’t link up to your points, history, seasoncard. You are regarded as a different person.
 
My old fella doing some moaning, he’s had to a new phone for £400 to be able to hold his ticket on
He’s 75 next week so that’s cost him more than his season ticket Lol

it’s chicken feed for him but he doesn’t like spending :)
Their are loads of fans having to do this and buy a new phone

just so the club can save posting a card

we used to also get a gift pack what we going to get now a virtual scarf
