Supporter Services tweeted that it is not available yet. I would guess that they are planning to introduce this at the same time as the F&F ticket transfer feature is launched on website.does anyone know how to put your ticket on the exchange scheme???

Incidentally, the word is accept, not except in your next sentence, and the remainder of it has been answered by many in this thread, but you have chosen to ignore other, as valid, viewpoints.I added a lol because it is funny. Like what does the poster except, the club should create a season card for the person ?
There are no season cards so it is better you move on or cancel your ticket. People are always negative and complain about everything. I am pretty sure people who have a problem with the new stuff are smaller than people who have no problem but it just seems some people can never be happy.

Your next comment takes the biscuit, I'm afraid. Obviously your customer service skills were wasted in the SS, because you could at least shoot dissenters. It must be hard having to deal with others who do not share your views.
For your information, I have already downloaded the seasoncard into my Google pay wallet, and will still be going to the home matches and am happy to be able to do so.
Finally, can you now answer the question I asked in my last sentence, or is it too difficult for you to understand?

2 hours on the phone and hung up on again, beyond a joke this now.
kids got their season cards in the city tin with scarf , flag and badge today. The little photo album with pics from last season was a great little addition and some great memories in there.
oh no they never , my mistake.
They have no seasoncard and fuck all to show for their support and there dad hasnt a fucking clue how to sort it as he cant get any one to answer the phone

Try a password reset on one of the accounts and see if that works.Thanks. Tried it & will only let me add my ticket to my wallet. Give up. I will try calling club next week or try & print them off at home

It doesn’t seem to be available for me anyway.I tried using the website as I'm away for the Arsenal game. Gave up. It just seems to send you into a loop telling you that you can put your ticket on the exchange scheme. No link anywhere. Anyone managed to do it?
Mind you, I haven’t downloaded mine yet.
