I have 4 season tickets. Can I add all 4 to my wallet as it’s for my old man & 2 kids.

I have added mine but unable to add others & yes they are all linked to my account

In theory, yes you can, so City's guidelines say.
Added to your wallet (your phone) after logging in to each account & downloading separately.

log out of your account on your phone and log in with each seperate account of the ticket you want to download

Thanks. Tried it & will only let me add my ticket to my wallet. Give up. I will try calling club next week or try & print them off at home

I tried using the website as I'm away for the Arsenal game. Gave up. It just seems to send you into a loop telling you that you can put your ticket on the exchange scheme. No link anywhere. Anyone managed to do it?

I did not want to go metric or decimal money but had to put up with it just calm down or plan a organised demonstration

Or write a strongly worded letter to the daily Telegraph

I’ve got mine and 4x kids on my phone.

log into the ticket site as yourself and download yours. Then log out.

if your kids and dad have their own account and password log in as each of them in turn from the website. Don’t use the link in the email - once you’re in their account just download the ticket to your phone.

If they don’t have their own account just call, it takes less than 2 minutes for them to set one up.

there’s an email going out on 16 August with all the details about how to transfer tickets, whether you can have the same ticket on more than one phone etc.
