Seasoncard - 2021/22

Although me and my buddy discussed cancelling on principle of being lied to have reluctantly decided to download the mobile season ticket .
I haven’t the time or patience to be arguing with morons who have no clue or idea about Manchester City or it’s fans.
I’m disgusted the way this has been rolled out especially for the older fans and fans who are genuinely struggling with the technology.
It wouldn’t have been too complicated to give people the option to retain the card even for a small fee.
If my mate would have said fuck em I honestly would have joined him and I started watching City in the 70s!
I’d imagine a lot will reluctantly cancel now unfortunately .
I'd like to hope whatever your age is to think you have friends or family to help you but I accept the situation is not ideal it's so sad to think that. Fan's of over 50 years feel like calling it a day we've come from lower day's than this Gillingham 99 remember the city lad in their end with the black polo shirt on 2 0 down his hurt summed up the moment we fought back and as they say the rest is history don't know the lad but I hope he's seen the good day's
 
So we have three season tickets but there are five of us, we often swap who goes depending on which of my children can go. Is this still going to be possible with mobile tickets. If not then we will probably drop one.

Your son will need to be on your friends & family list in order for you to transfer him the ticket .
I can't even find the friends and family option on the fkn website, wouldn't mind I do have a couple on there but can't find it beyond the joke now

TICKET TRANSFER: You will be able to transfer your mobile ticket to your friend or family member for the matches you cannot attend. Ticket Transfer will be available week commencing Monday 16th August ahead of our first home match against Norwich City.
 
If you just want to try your phone to see if it works you can go straight to the gate and try it

Basically it’s the fans who are the heart and soul of this club. The powers that be can try and keep us down but we are the core.

Ok let me try & help u out.
Do the following pal & we‘ll see if we can make some progress.
This is just one more failing of the way this website is set up!
User friendly it ain’t! ..& someone needs taking to task over it!
Follow me if you will:
1. Go to mancity.com
2. Click the login icon (top right) looks like a head & shoulders.
3. On the ‘SIGN IN’ page enter email address & password.
4. You should see the ‘SETTINGS PAGE’. Now click ‘Tickets’ in the bar menu (top left).
5. Now click ‘My account’ (top right).
6. Scroll down & the ’Friends & Family’ area you need is bottom left.
7. From here click ‘Manage my Relationships’ then ‘Create a Relationship’.
8. Fill out the details of the person you want to add & we should be golden.

This is unbelievable isn't it ? Seems like they arranged a "help session" which has resulted in a 2 & half hour queue to practice getting ready for even more long queues next Saturday. This will replace years of virtually trouble free access since the stadium opened. You really couldn't make this up. The people responsible for this entire fiasco must live in a parallel universe.
The icing on the cake was, received an email from City today that has rendered a days holiday off work, a four hour round trip due to m6 being shut, and a 2 1/2 hour que for a 3 min fix that could easily have been done over the phone if they answered them, pointless
Beyond shambles!!
