This confused me too but it worked when I put the email of the original owner (ie the sender) in first box then the recipient in 2nd box. But maybe I was just lucky…..Can anyone help with this issue please - I don’t fancy being on the phone for 2 hours tomorrow.
I have just tried to complete my first ticket transfer.
Logged in - selected transfer ticket. Chose the name I want to transfer it to. Checkout - dead easy.
Then it says, select Mobile ticket from dropdown and select Email address where you want the ticket to go to. Sounds simple enough.
But it says I have to do that for both the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder. Is that correct?
Why would the original ticket holder be showing here to select an email to download the ticket as well as the person it’s being transferred to. Confused!
Any help appreciated.
