Seasoncard - 2021/22

Apologies if this had been answered before. But assume that if you are on the cup scheme, you can't put your ticket up for sale on the exchange at all? Less than a week to go and yey can't transfer if I wanted, or sell the damn thing?
 
Just noticed that my season ticket shows southampton and not champs league as next game , though i am in the cup scheme.
Anyone else ?
That beautiful moment when I think I'm going to have to phone the ticket office so come on here to see if it is just a general ticket fuck up or one that is specific to me and find out it is the former.
 
I was going to transfer my daughter's adult ticket to my mates junior son ,I assume this would probably cause the system to collapse ,even tho it's technically a down grade
Create a new account with an adult birthday for the junior son and transfer the ticket to that. Any old throwaway gmail email address will do.
 
If you register someone for the free membership how long does it take to generate a supporter mumber? Registered my sons mate last night so can add to F&F but when I log into his account the supporter number just shows a - ?

Go into the ticketing system with that account and put a ticket into the basket. That should be enough to trigger the supporter number if you don't have one yet.
 
Can anyone help with this issue please - I don’t fancy being on the phone for 2 hours tomorrow.

I have just tried to complete my first ticket transfer.

Logged in - selected transfer ticket. Chose the name I want to transfer it to. Checkout - dead easy.

Then it says, select Mobile ticket from dropdown and select Email address where you want the ticket to go to. Sounds simple enough.

But it says I have to do that for both the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder. Is that correct?

Why would the original ticket holder be showing here to select an email to download the ticket as well as the person it’s being transferred to. Confused!

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for your reply but I think the issue was that I didn’t put his address in, just email etc. Once I put the address in it allowed me into the ticketing bit and generated a supporter number
