I phoned the ticket office today not helpful,
I phones supporter services they was extremely helpful...just to try and help out a few on here your season card I’ve been told doesn’t automatically renew you have to do this either call in person at the ticket office ( no cash card only) go online or ring the club directly you have until Wednesday 16th June 8pm you have from tomorrow to do this.
Only posting this as few I know was of the understanding your ST automatically renews.

its my first year in the adult age bracket. whats the process for getting a value gold ticket? i cant justify paying double what i paid at 20

I had one of these for the 19/20 season. I was still living in Canada and knew I wouldn’t get to many games so didn’t want to pay £700+

Anyway I just called the ticket office and explained my situation and they gave me a value gold ticket. I think it was £300.


As others have said you can’t choose your seat. I got lucky, Colin Bell stand, way up in the third tier but right on the half way line.

This is the problem mate I thought that but that’s why I phoned today just to make sure and the lady told me I must contact the club by any of the three options I posted .
Don’t want to add anymore confusion but just relaying what customer services told me.
I’ll be ringing at some point just make sure I don’t lose my card.

I wonder if there is a sizeable uptake of people wanting to defer, whether the club would offer a 1 year season ticket?
As in, you get the ticket for 1 year but then there is no option to renew it unless the person whose seat you have doesn't want it back.
