I have had 4 season tickets for 15 years. Anybody know if this will just auto renew ?

I really don’t get how they mess it up every single year. They have had plenty of time to get this right

then allowed to add cup schemes
try to add my card details
and i keep getting put in another queue
as soon as its my turn
i'm put back to the back of the queue again
its happened 3 times now
i'll wait and try again later or tomorrow

Not had contact from City at all re renewing, havnt even decided what we are doing yet, seems bizzare we get some random pre printed letter from pep but nothing about actually renewing or how much etc ?

Get to payment and it says direct debit 1 or direct debit 2

I want to pay in full not instalments but pick a selection then I get error every fucking time

trying to chat online and in a que on the phone
