Seasoncard - 2021/22

I am waiting on the phone but i only want to change my seat. If I renew with my old seat will I be able to change it later ? Someone said earlier there is a window to change seats but I can’t find any info on that

That is exactly how it has worked every year recently, you need to renew first to relocate.

When can I relocate to another seat?
If you wish to relocate, you should either renew your existing seat as above or allow your seat to be auto-renewed.
You will then be given the opportunity to relocate from your existing seat on Monday 21st June, either online or by calling Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 6).

Seat Relocations​


If you wish to relocate to a different seat, you need to renew your existing seat first, as above, or allow your seat to be auto-renewed.

You will then be given the opportunity to relocate from your existing seat on Wednesday 23rd June, either online or by calling Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 6).

After we have processed all seat relocations, any remaining seats may be offered to supporters with a Cityzens Official Membership after this date.
 
Re DD Payers:

If you currently pay for your Seasoncard by Direct Debit and are happy to renew without any changes, you don't need to do anything!
We will renew your 2021/22 Seasoncard for you, on or just after Thursday 17th June, at which point you will receive a confirmation email from the Club.
If you would like to make any changes to your 2021/22 Seasoncard, change between Gold and Platinum or change bank details, you must renew your Seasoncard manually (online or phone) no later than Wednesday 16th June.

My 19/20 didn’t renew automatically as they claimed I had paid the last payment via debit card. I hadn’t and it was a right faff getting them to sort it out. With the refunds/credits they issued as well it wouldn't surprise me if the system couldn't handle it
 
Now I can’t pay by credit card, guru meditation error. Wtf does that mean.

Has anyone else had problems adding a debit or credit card to their account so they can join the cup schemes? Just won't accept my new credit card details.

I've always had a problem with it. I was forced to use my credit card years ago because it would never accept my debit card. Now both are being rejected by this guru fella.
