I had issues with my renewal and after a week of trying on the phones got no return call.
I sent an email to them and got a call back within 2 days.

Me too.Email received today saying people on DD scheme and pay on the 1st won't have first payment taken until August.

How do you work that out from DD changes? It's more likely that the problems with s/t renewals means they can't process the DDs for 1st July in time.Looking like limited number of fans for early games.

GOOD NEWS FOR THOSE OF YOU WERE UNABLE TO RELOCATE....this morning I thought that I would give it one last try to relocate by phone ( yes 8 days too late ) but I did it !!! Got though in no time, told the girl, of last weeks problems and said a bit of customer service would be nice and BANG relocation complete
