Seasoncard - 2021/22

Sorry but I don’t understand what your issue is?

The point is that after phoning 'Supporter Services' lots were promised a card. Now it's mobile ticketing (no thanks, don't want it) or printing 20+ tickets at home (not buying a printer for that) or queuing up at the 1 ticket window open to get my ticket instead of the already tried and tested NFC cards.

At the moment I can travel to the game with just 2 cards in my pocket, not have to lump my phone around, I like being away from it at the game.

Piss poor comms over the SuperLeague, Champions League final tickets, the Everton draw fiasco where 1 year Citizen ticket holders got in over ST holders, confusion over parking at the ground and now this, just 2 weeks before the new season starts, it's obvious City don't give a fuck about their fans sometimes.

So I'll pick and choose games from now on, rather than paying for dead rubber CL games that I'll never get a ticket for a final for, or a League Cup scheme that isn't needed for a Wembley ticket, or a FA Cup scheme that Pep decides is worth throwing away at the semi-final stage to prepare for the CL.

I don't fancy spending an hour in a queue to get into the ground due to this new system and would prefer to defer a year. If the Everton trial was a success, then perhaps this might work. It was a failure, yet we're pushing ahead.

Unfortunately City have responded that this is no longer an option, so a hard choice awaits which I'll consider over the weekend.

They will loose thousands to this what these pricks running our club don't realise is,,, we arnt ushited there ain't thousands waiting to take our place, you loose us for 1 season you loose us for good,, I'm fucking fuming with it

Here we go.... This isn't going to be popular on here.
I'm from the "I'd crawl over broken glass to watch City" brigade. It seems 300+ pages shows that this isn't the way for many on BM. How many excuses do season ticket holders need to not follow City? If your heart isn't in it anymore. Just go. Don't defer. Just go. We won't miss you.

You sound like the sort of person who turns up at a successful company and tries to change the 'Culture' with the thought that anyone who doesn't like it can fuck off.

Will you still be praising City when you're stood outside 20 mins after kick off trying to get in?

Final fucking nail for me this is,, we have officially turned into everything we hated, yes I've experienced great times over the last 10 years,, but yer know what the previous 30 I'm beginning to think were far far better,, for me personally

I have decided I am going to give this mobile ticket shite a go...might work out better passing tickets over.....the reality is I have more info and apps on my ferking phone and they tell me it makes my life "easier".....I have Just Eat, urber, NHS Medical Records, Banking, IG Golf..........loads and loads......I am close to retirement now and its the future......pass me the garlic bread.

Sorry Dave. I'm the sort of knob who missed the first half at Rotherham because the police kettled us in at Sheffield. Or Millwall at London Bridge. Or Bolton that time. Don't mention Coventry. What about Schalke? Remember Roma when you had to show your passport. To be honest, I hardly ever managed to get out of the Gardeners before 3 for a home match. I'll always praise City. No need for the knob bit though.

You're right, accept my apologies. it's an emotive issue for some of us FOC's I'll remove the offensive word from the post. I'd get you a pint at Wembley if it wasn't £7 a pop

Have they decided on the need for proof of double covid injections as nhs have just lost the proof of my second injection

I agree wholeheartedly. My first direct debit has gone out of my bank account but now I'm faced with a system myself and many others don't find easy or want. Even worse we are being dictated to. Never a good look or a way to treat a loyal fan base. Have they put a bloody rag in charge of our customer services??? I ask this in all seriousness as all they have done lately is piss the majority off.
