Sorry but I don’t understand what your issue is?
The point is that after phoning 'Supporter Services' lots were promised a card. Now it's mobile ticketing (no thanks, don't want it) or printing 20+ tickets at home (not buying a printer for that) or queuing up at the 1 ticket window open to get my ticket instead of the already tried and tested NFC cards.
At the moment I can travel to the game with just 2 cards in my pocket, not have to lump my phone around, I like being away from it at the game.
Piss poor comms over the SuperLeague, Champions League final tickets, the Everton draw fiasco where 1 year Citizen ticket holders got in over ST holders, confusion over parking at the ground and now this, just 2 weeks before the new season starts, it's obvious City don't give a fuck about their fans sometimes.
So I'll pick and choose games from now on, rather than paying for dead rubber CL games that I'll never get a ticket for a final for, or a League Cup scheme that isn't needed for a Wembley ticket, or a FA Cup scheme that Pep decides is worth throwing away at the semi-final stage to prepare for the CL.
I don't fancy spending an hour in a queue to get into the ground due to this new system and would prefer to defer a year. If the Everton trial was a success, then perhaps this might work. It was a failure, yet we're pushing ahead.
Unfortunately City have responded that this is no longer an option, so a hard choice awaits which I'll consider over the weekend.
