Just spoke to a rag ST holder and he said they had no problems. Most in ground earlier than usual, bars open with card payment only. Very few masks.

Yes I booked Thursday but I was in a queue for 1 and half hours. I did however get sorted as there was a glitch at their end.

One and a half hour queue plus journey time to sort a problem of City’s making!

I went to the ground today and in fairness to the club it was relatively well organised. There are still staff they're that aren't great using phrases like 'I think that should work' but the main supporter services staff and the boss who was walking down the queue were pretty clued up.
They are aware there are lots of issues and people aren't happy there will be a further communication/email going out apparently start of next week with an easier method to download your tickets as they are aware of the issues for fans with kids using same email address etc.
I arrived at 9.40 about 25 people infront of me in the queue albeit it didn't open till 10. My questions were answered In the queue, I checked my ticket worked at the turnstile which it did and I was on my way home by 10.15

Do you get loyalty points for the checking via turnstile?

I was told I would have a card sent out for my daughter as she doesn’t have a smart phone. Just wondering if that was a blatant lie by the guy on the phone? Or if the communication is so shite the staff don’t know what’s going on? Complete shit show. Can’t even log in to her account to print tickets as she doesn’t have a password and the emails are not coming through that are supposed to give her one.

Had the same problem yesterday, took a 2 1/2 hour que at the ground, the fix is they will reset her account to use her Supporter No and give her a generic password and your back in her account, hope this helps

Apparently though there have been queues at these sessions! It looks as if people are just turning up. I booked for next week but if there's a queue I'm turning round and going home!! You don't book a specific time just a day. :-)

Hi Sheila, the IT gang are by city Square to the right the que yesterday was about 21/2 hours down from 4 hours Thursday, there is benches you can sit on and tea and water, you can use the loo in the stadium

Not everyone was schooled in computers, some left school before they existed and have done jobs that didn't require them. People like this also didn't bother buying a PC and would be lost setting up accounts (Man. City) and relied heavily on family members thus far. So, it isn't surprising that many are struggling!
