Had 4 season tickets today on my phone for the family not one worked! Lol

the steward said to me it’s been shocking all day. Not sure why they don’t just issue the cards

it worked for you (o lucky you), anyone it didn't work for is a whinger, the bloody thing should of worked for everybody, its not rocket science entering a football stadium!

traffic terrible but no queue to get in. then in typical City fashion the lift breaks down at 2-45. turns out there was only ONE lift working in the ground . a brilliant steward (Ashley) helped us find it. i missed the first 25 minutes and 2 goals. the lift was repaired but broke again at full time.
for an elite club we are embarrassing .

Lack of lifts is a joke,and an arse to sort after the fact, but certainly not impossible! Fuck Kane off, and use a paltry amount of the money saved for new lifts and external escalators. No-brainer.

That is appalling!!!!! So did that mean anyone who is sat on 2nd or 3rd tier and is not able to do spirals or stairs missed a load or all of the game?
