If yours was value gold that was a special one off price for that seat, not the usual price. You should be able to get a full 299 S/ticket in SS 3 after the renewal period.

Just rang supporters services and they have said some people haven't received an email, so they are having to do things manually.
If you call them up, they will check your email address that is attached to your supporters number and you should get an email in the next day or so.

I still haven't had the email yet. I don't have to check the email address they have, the amount of utter shit I get from them tells me that they have the right one. The only time I don't get emails is when it's something that matters like when my card had failed for my PSG ticket on the UEFA scheme a couple of weeks ago or when they're sending out season card renewal info.
