Was that worked out from a post code on another thread? If so I am now scared. However if you want to see a top band artist at the arena you are looking at £60-0 plus a night and the rest for other acts. At the moment my card is £40-0 a prem game is that bad ?, if you want the so called best. For the record first game 67 so I've seen some crap ;-)
Difference is that a season ticket means you're attending games every other week for 9 months of the year but how many people go to that many big gigs per annum? I go to quite a few gigs a year myself but attend far more home matches. Also, for the top artists you are pretty much guaranteed a certain level of performance whereas you're not at a football match. It's comparing apples and oranges for me.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was but I'd sooner wait for official confirmation before sticking the boot in. AFAIK the only e-mail doing the rounds is the one asking fans to make sure our contact details are up to date.

Well I'm not gunna not buy my season ticket because of a £30 rise. Plenty of other ways to make City listen than to just give up going.

You shouldn't have to live with it though. Ticket income is a minor part of our overall revenue stream, about 12-13% in our case. And probably half of that comes from hospitality/corporate customers so it's about 6-7% from the plebs like us. Ticket prices have gone up by well over the rate of inflation in the last few years, probably something like 40-50% in the last six years or so. Also we'll be getting an additional £50m from domestic TV rights this season and the next two. There is no excuse for an increase.Would be a £30 increase for me I can live with that.
