Seasoncard Renewals 2017/18

Yes but we're City fans and will either shrug our shoulders and not renew or shrug our shoulders and say "Well it's not too bad I suppose". The only time we got off our arses was to get rid of Swales and that was about 10 years too late.
We also got off our arses in about 1964 and got rid of Les MacDowell - he was only the manager though ..... but there was an impressive "Out" demo outside the Main Entrance of Maine Road

The good old days

I'm sure I will but perhaps it's just getting older. I remember as a kid/teenager the nerves would kick in on the Sunday morning before the following Saturday.
Same here. I remember going to Wembley for the first time in 1969 and was so full of nervous energy beforehand, I couldn't eat my dinner! (If you know me, you should call a priest to give me the last rites (whatever they are)).

However, when we got to the stadium, I thought "what a dump", and went to the nearest burger van. Nerves gone, ready for action.

Now, I don't get nervous before a game, and can hardly build up the enthusiasm to go. I'll be there of course, but like many on here, I'm getting blase about whether to keep up the match day tradition. A sad state of affairs I know, but that's how I feel.

Just noticed this job role that's gone up, Campaign Co-ordinator. Can a blue on here please get it to sort out club/fan relations? Cheers

Am with you I am 50 50 about renewing. It's not just city , it's prem (bent) football generally. If I want to watch live footy I can walk to altrincham have a pint and watch lads giving it a bit of effort. If I want to watch city I can walk to the pub and watch it there .

It's becoming a bit of a slog and not a pleasure. Sunday was a ball ache and disappointing,.

If it wasn't for the kids going and living in bandit country and having the moral high ground of actually supporting my team then I would be 50/50

No doubt the rise in season card prices will go towards paying this person's (almost certain) large salary?

Dunno what to do. Never been so fooked around with fixture changes like I've been this year. Sitting at home now in Dublin missing the Derby as work commitments and a poxy Thursday night fixture have ruined it. I've lost shitloads by taking chances on cheap flights before the games get changed so I might just let it go and try get over once a month with a ticket off the supporters branch here. Decisions decisions.

I am unsure whether to renew. I can't make midweek games for a start. Then there's the officiating, which is actually disgusting. The prices are ok, but the tram fiasco each game is a joke. Daft kick-off times too. That's all before the football which I have not enjoyed recently. I'm as City as it comes, but I'm being tested.
