Seasoncard Renewals | Slight Price Increase

Not sure whether it would be possible but if ever there was a calling for 1894 group to get a banner made its now. A statement released to the media condemning yet another increase along with a banner out for the last few games letting them know what we think of a price increase is the best chance us fans have of letting the people that make these decisions know we aren't happy.

It’s another of Sorriano and Khaldoon’s endless campaign of micro-aggressions against the ‘legacy fans’.
You do increasingly get the feeling they would quite happily swap the lot of us for daytrippers and tourists if they could
Of course they want that, they won’t entertain a cheaper end of the ground so the old timers can afford to come back. They are all about attracting the tourists and selling hospitality packages.

Gone up £20 and who would want a silver seaosn ticket? Not the tourist fans who one want the suposed big games
Those that have to travel.and can only do 3pm sat games it might be a good option given those 5 games ate definitely getting moved for tV.

It's a Interesting debate that happens every year.

If you froze prices for a few years then increased them massively there would be uproar.
A small increase every year is how we do it.

Obviously I'd like to pay a Fiver a match like the old days but that is ancient history. When a squad player earns 50k a week and a decent signing is 80m+ you realise every opportunity to increase revenue has to be taken just to keep up sadly.

The day a Player turns round and says "I don't need an Angent" and, "only pay me half of what you are offering" and "btw I won't run my contract down but will agree to be sold when my value is high as a thank you" is when the fans might be considered with reasonable pricing

Until then, fuckin forget it, 2 choices, go or don't.
The way you are talking, its as though the season tickets pay the wages of the players. No where near! Its a fraction compared to tv and sponsorship income.
so why bother sticking them up if only by £30? For an extra million pound? A literal drop in the ocean

I would like somebody to explain the silver season ticket idea. I get it makes the so called less attractive games cheaper, but is it not the case that a lot of people are buying season tickets in order to guarantee a seat at the biggest games and then not bother with some of the others, thus leaving seats empty?
Who wants a season ticket that doesn’t include United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs?

Small increases every year for the next ten years will see our season tickets rise by another £200. They can get away with £20 rises without to much backlash, but their end game is for our season ticket prices a lot more expensive than they currently are.
