I was hoping/expecting for a season card option that allows you to pay a little extra and it includes all home cup ties (maybe upto 1/4 finals?)

And what's the "exectuive club" season card with sports bar etc...I want to sit in my usual seat, but get fast tracked in all the queues at the bar and food outlets, an executive club toilet with no queues, and a roped off area behind 212 to separate me from the riff raff at half time, albeit behind a velvet rope. (:-)

I imagine the executive club is copying succesful corporate set ups, like Arsenal, which generates huge gate revenue - just over £100m for 2008/9!

I was impressed with the ideas and detail of the questionnaire. But if it is only sent to season ticket holders then the club will make a huge error. It should go to all ticket buyers, i.e. Citycard and Accesscard holders, to understand why they haven't bought a season ticket and to see if any of the hypothetical ideas would make them buy one - there's alot of valuable data available there!

Considering the club's marketing has made huge strides since the takeover, I think this is a genuine appeal and opportunity for fans' views.

Just checked my sons email and yes even the LIVE4CITY Seasoncard holders have been sent it he is 8!! most of those questions are for adults. Can already imagine his response to the renewal one "If I'm a good boy dad said he will"!!

no! it was mainly about getting to and from the ground ,catering ect if we would be renewing online or at the ticket office in person
